We confirm the dates and read the record. Vaccinations must be current at check-in; if a booster is due we give it at drop-off, not at a second clinic.

Vaccinations have to be current before check-in — it is the only honest way a shared building stays safe for puppies, seniors and pets recovering from surgery. If yours are due, our First and Annual Vaccination Packages are AED 199 and cover the examination, the viral vaccine and deworming, done at drop-off.

The first part still applies to a stay: the first two or three days are the unsettled ones, which is why we keep your dog's own food and feeding times and why quiet, familiar-smelling bedding is worth packing.
Yellow bile on an empty stomach usually means he has gone too long between meals, often after eating less than normal while he was away. A small bland meal and a return to his usual times settles most cases within a day. If it keeps happening, he is also off his food at home, or you see blood, book an examination rather than waiting it out.
Common, but not something to ignore. Stress and a change of food are the usual causes, which is exactly why we ask you to bring your dog's own diet. Anything lasting more than a day, or with blood, lethargy or a refusal to drink alongside it, needs a same-day appointment — dehydration is the part that turns a mild upset into a drip.
Pets arriving into the UAE with correct paperwork and an approved import permit are not held in quarantine, but the practical problem is the gap: the flight lands before the flat is ready, or the movers arrive before the keys do.
